Maintenance

In order to offer as best and most flexible contract as possible, ionLAB gives different solutions:

  • Full Service: this is the classical full service contracts (extended warranty). No limits in number of calls. One or two preventive maintenance visits are offered depending on the instrument. Short response times are guaranteed. Consumable spares are included, other parts excluded.
  • Amount of hours: this is the most appreciated solution by our customers. Due to the complexity of the covered instrumentation, a maintenance annual visit and a fixed number of hours are offered plus a remote assistance. The costs are cheap. Consumable are included, spare parts excluded.
  • Preventive: this contracts includes just one preventive maintenance visit in the year. Other visits possibly needed will be considered as "on call" visits.
  • Save money: this is a solution for customers like service contract. It can be applied to more than one instrument and can include spares or not. Extreme flexibility to meet the customer needs.
